NADAV PALTI

Mr. Palti served as the Chairperson of Board of Directors of the Company from December 2002 to September 2004, when he assumed the role of CEO.

Mr. Palti started his career in 1987 as an accountant with “Ziv Haft Accountants – BDO” (formerly “Shlomo Ziv and Partners”), one of Israel’s five major accounting firms, becoming a partner in 1993 with responsibility for the consulting division.

In 1999 Mr. Palti and Tamar Mozes Borovitz formed Mapal Communications Ltd., a leader in the media and advertising industry in Israel.

From January 2005 until March 2014, Mr. Palti has also served as a director of EL-AL Israeli Airlines and Knafaim Holdings Ltd. During this entire period he served as chairman of Risk Management, El-Al Board Committee, and simultaneously, most of this time, as Chairman of Finance, Balance Sheet and Budget, El-Al Board Committee.

Mr. Palti is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the University of Tel-Aviv.
