El programa tuvo 8 nominaciones para los premios Martín Fierro en el evento más importante de la televisión y la radio Argentina.

Dori Media Group anuncia que “El Marginal” ha ganado 3 importantes estatuillas en los Premios Martín Fierro 2017, que se llevaron a cabo en Buenos Aires el 18 de Junio. “El Marginal” es una serie de crimen y drama, co-producida por Underground Producciones y la TV Pública, creada por Sebastian Ortega con distribución internacional exclusiva de Dori Media Group.

Los premios son entregados por APTRA, la Asociación de Periodistas de la TV y la Radio Argentinas. El Marginal recibió 8 nominaciones previas a la ceremonia, incluyendo mejor unitario, mejor director, mejor guionista, mejor actor y actriz, mejor actor secundario, relevación y mejor producción.

El gran juego “The best of all” creado por Abot Hameiri y Reshet se espera que se emita en el prime time.

 

Dori Media Group ha vendido el juego de estudio “The best of all” a uno de los principales canales de México, TV Azteca. La venta representa la primera venta internacional del formato de la producción Abot Hameiri con Reshet. La primera temporada contará con 10 episodios.

Crime drama Dumb, expected to be aired on prime time slots in 2018

 

Dori Media Group has sold the format of hit crime drama “Dumb” to Mexico’s leading broadcaster, TV Azteca. The sale represents the first international format sale of the Dori Media Darset production. The first season of 60 episodes will air in 2018.

The crime drama has been a tremendous hit in Israel having been viewed by 46% of HOT cable subscribers in Israel with a second and third series already committed to. Broadcasters are looking for unique and outstanding TV content to meet viewers’ increasingly discerning tastes and demand cinematic quality. The series has been the most viewed series on Israel’s HOT since May 2015, 46% of their subscribers have watched the series. This ratings success has led to a second and third seasons being ordered for the spring of this year and 2018.

Also, the series recently won major awards at the Israeli Academy Awards, including Best Drama, Best Actress and Best Scripts.

Dori Media Group (“DMG”, “La empresa”) anuncia que el canal Israelí Reshet ha encargado una segunda temporada del programa de juego en estudio “The Best of All”. El show se desarrolló en cooperación con Abot Hameiri Productions y es distribuido por Dori Media. La segunda temporada será producida durante la primera mitad del año 2017 como parte de un centro de producción con otras productoras europeas.

«The Best of All» actualmente al aire en el canal 2 de Reshet los viernes por la noche en el horario central y desde su lanzamiento ha incrementado el rating en la audiencia de Reshet. El rating aumentó un 147%* en la audiencia de entre 12-17 años y un 65.4%* en la audiencia de entre 18-24 años.

“The Best of All” el juego intenta probar la teoría de que la respuesta de una multitud de personas a una pregunta es más probable que sea correcta que una respuesta individual, e incluso si fuera un experto. Este show enfrenta a cientos de personas respondiendo preguntas visuales por dinero.

Dori Media Group announces that it will present a range of new formats at Discop 2016, which will be held on November 2-4, 2016, in Johannesburg, South Africa.

New crime drama “Dumb” is among the new titles Dori Media will present at Discop 2016. The show follows a frustrated and stoned 30 year old actress “you can’t help but love” (“Ynet”) who shuns the limelight in order to work as an undercover cop by impersonating a high school student. Her aim is to help her ex-boyfriend, who has been arrested and charged with drug dealing. “Dumb” has already received glowing reviews from top publications. “Haaretz” noted its “excellent acting” calling it “original television”, whilst “Israel Today” thought it was “absolutely fabulous”.

The Shiny Floor Game show “The Best of All”, produced by Abot Hameiri, to be aired on the leading Israel channel, Channel 2 (Reshet) this month. The show tests the theory that a crowd of people will answer a question correctly more often than an individual, and even an expert. This show pits hundreds of people against individuals answering visual questions for money. Furthermore, the creators of “Smart Face” bring a new street game show format to life for Discop, “Intuition”. Challenging contestants to use their intuition alone to answer 10 questions about a stranger they meet in the street to try and win up to $10,000!

A crime drama about a 30 year old frustrated and stoned actress who is stuck with the body and appearance of a teenager and hates it. She sees herself as dumb, leading a mundane life, without friends or dreams. All she has is her boyfriend, who later dumps her and gets arrested for dealing drugs. Determined to save him, she joins the police as an undercover agent posing as a high-school senior class student. Blinded by love and power, she soon crosses the line becoming the new target of investigation. In way over her head, playing the role of her life, she realizes for the first time that she is not, in fact, dumb.

Theory states that the average of the answers from a large audience to a question will be a more precise evaluation than any one opinion, even that of a professional‫. “The Best of All”, a new shiny floor game show, is there to find out if the «Wisdom of the Crowd» theory really works. Game Over – Comedy (6X30min)

A hilarious sitcom, a peek into the life of stand-up comedian, Mickey, just before his wedding. Everyone, his grandmother, his parents, and especially his bride get swept up into planning an event with a major budget and many guests. In between scenes we see parts of Mickey’s stand-up in front of a live audience and hear his own point of view about how his relationship has changed as the big day approaches. We see him turn his personal conflicts into jokes for the audience, as he tries to find the silver lining in all this. Season 2 already commissioned.

 

El Marginal – Crime Drama (13X45min)

The series focuses on the story of Miguel Dimarco, an ex-cop who enters the San Onofre prison under a false identity as a convict. His mission is to infiltrate a gang of prisoners who have kidnapped the daughter of a prominent judge. Miguel must discover the whereabouts of the girl and help set her free. He meets the objective but someone betrays him, leaving him behind bars with no witnesses who know his true identity. Miguel will soon realize that the only way to save his life and recover his identity is to escape with the help of an unexpected ally, Anna, a social worker who works in the prison. Power Couple – Reality Show

Created by Abot Hameiri, one of the leading production houses in the Israeli television market, “Power Couple” is a reality format where eight couples face extreme challenges that test how well they really know each other. It has already proved to be a huge hit, both in its home market of Israel and internationally. In Israel, the format improved Channel 10’s average time slot ratings by 81% during its airing. Esperanza Mia se ha vendido a 11 países, igualando su éxito y habiendo sido nominado para 11 premios en Martin Fierro 2016.

Dori Media Group («DMG», «la Compañía») anuncia que ha vendido la temporada completa de su comedia romántica «Esperanza Mia (My Lovely Hope)» para transmitir en MTV Latinoamérica en los territorios del Cono Sur. La serie se espera que sea lanzada en el canal en noviembre.

«Esperanza Mia» es una coproducción de Dori Media International y Pol-Ka Producciones, que recientemente ha sido vendida en varios países, incluyendo: México, Polonia, España, Indonesia, Israel, Bolivia, Vietnam, Eslovenia, Hungría, Panamá y Ecuador.

«Esperanza Mia» es una comedia romántica sobre el amor prohibido entre Julia (Hope) y Tomas. La madre de Julia muere de una enfermedad fatal contraída debido a la contaminación en la fábrica donde trabajó. En su lecho de muerte, le pide a Julia que capture al dueño de la fábrica, pero Julia es perseguida mientras intenta hacer esto. Se escapa a Buenos Aires y se refugia en un convento, pretendiendo ser una monja llamada Esperanza. Allí conoce a un sacerdote llamado Tomas y el amor entre ellos crece. Desafortunadamente, Julia no sabe que Tomas no es otro que el hermano del hombre responsable de la muerte de su madre, el hombre que juró llevar ante la justicia.

El espectáculo ha alcanzado recientemente excelentes calificaciones en España, donde se emite en el canal Nova de Atresmedia. La serie obtuvo un 50% más de audiencia que la media del canal desde la primera emisión en diciembre de 2015.
