The Brazilian network will broadcast the first season of \u201c<em>Power Couple<\/em>\u201d in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>This follows the sale of the first full season of <em>\u201cPower Couple\u201d<\/em> to the SIC Channel in Portugal in April this year, where the show was produced by Fremantle Media Portugal. The SIC Channel subsequently enjoyed a 48% increase in its prime time ratings, despite strong competition. <em>\u201cPower Couple\u201d <\/em>was also recently sold to Shine Nordics, the largest production group in the Nordic region.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cPower Couple\u201d<\/em>, created by Abot Hameiri, one of the leading production houses in the Israeli television market, is a reality format where eight couples face extreme challenges that test how well they really know each other. It has already proved to be a huge hit, both in its home market of Israel and internationally. In Israel, the format improved Channel 10\u2019s average time slot ratings by 81% during its airing and a second season has already been ordered by the channel.<\/p>\n<p>Nadav Palti, CEO &amp; President of Dori Media Group commented: <em>\u201cSecuring yet another international sale of \u201cPower Couple\u201d is testament to the strength of the show. The format was only launched in Israel in February this year and has already enjoyed great success both domestically and in other parts of the world.
