Three employees from an «old-school» organization are sent abroad to learn new technologies and techniques to improve their workplace. Following a ten-day training programme at a similar, yet highly more innovative organization, they return home with a purpose of testing the new methods in their workplace. Once rejections and objections start kicking in – the employees begin to realize that this transformation won’t be an easy task. Will they be able to convince their colleagues to innovate the workplace, and by that to make a meaningful change and impact for the benefit of everyone?
