Einat Borovich-Naim joined Dori Media Group in 2013 after an extended career in the marketing industry in Israel.

In 1998 she joined L’Oreal Israel where she managed brands in various categories, developing their strategy and implementing marketing plans including launches, advertisement campaigns, P&L supervision, stock optimization, PR, research and more.

Following L’Oreal Israel, in 2004, Einat joined Unilever Israel as a Category Manager and later promoted to Marketing Manager of Unilever Foodsolutions, managing the business growth of the country by leading category managers and channel managers; Development, implementation and monitoring of the marketing strategy; Responsibility for sales and profitability; Managing relations with the region and other countries, innovation plan, budget, forecast, stock, market research and PR.

Einat holds a MBA from the Tel Aviv University, Majoring in Marketing and International Management (Magna cum laude), and a BA from the Tel Aviv University in Management and Sociology (Magna cum laude).
