Ofra Yamin is a Partner in Shaham & associated, Certified Public Accountants, specializing in providing financial management services to consortia in a variety of fields, such as communication, security, biotechnology, energy, biomedicine, clean-tech, nano-materials in Israel.
Ofra served as VP Finance and HR at a public biotechnology company traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and gained extensive experience and proven success in managing the company’s financial system, fundraising, operations and business development, licensing and management of clinical trials, investor relations and extensive management vis-à-vis boards of directors.
Ofra also serves as an external director of several companies.
Ofra holds a B.A degree. in Economics and Accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA from the University of Tel Aviv. She qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and was certified as an accountant by the Israel Ministry of Law.
