Dori Media Group (“DMG”, “the Company”) announces that it has obtained worldwide distribution rights for new game show “300 Second Ride”, a Studio Glam format. DMG has already had successful collaborations with Studio Glam on “The Selfie Challenge”, “Win the Crowd” and “Duel Games” and has high hopes for “300 Second Ride”.

“300 Second Ride” has already been picked up by ALP, the entertainment production subsidiary of Zodiak Media in France, as well as by Endemol Spain at MIPCOM.

The show was produced in association with TV Format Fund and created by Ami Glam, Oded Kremer and Itai Hermann.

Synopsis

“300 Second Ride” is a fast-moving studio-based prime time quiz show, where a team of two contestants embarks on a 5 minute ride on the ‘Time Track’, a unique moving platform that runs from one side of the studio to the other. The team can chose their own questions but they must answer eight questions correctly before their 300 seconds are up. If they succeed, they get the chance to answer one final multiple choice question. If they answer this correctly, they win a million shekels. An incorrect answer, however, sends them home empty-handed.

When contestants are faced with a question, they have a maximum of 60 seconds to answer it. After 20 seconds, four multiple choice options are given to them. If they wait another 20 seconds, two of the answers are removed, making it even easier to answer. The longer they wait, the more time they will have used up, meaning they earn less money, but a wrong answer will deduct another 60 seconds from their time!

Contestants, whose 300 seconds clock reaches 0, lose the game and go home empty-handed. When contestants have less than 100 seconds left on the clock, they may choose to quit the game and go home with the money they collected throughout the game or keep playing for the 1 million shekel prize.
