The series of 35 episodes in season 4 follows ongoing psychotherapy treatments, all shot in the therapist’s clinic. Each episode is a continuous 30-minute dialogue between the therapist and the patient. The story portrays 4 different patients. Each day (for a period of 7 weeks) is dedicated to one patient’s therapy session, followed by a 5th day, when the therapist attends a session with a supervisor.
Original Brazilian scripts for 35 episodes of “In Treatment” are available for licensing and adaptations. The first 80 episodes of “In Treatment” were adapted from two Israeli seasons, and the new 35 scripts link to previous seasons. The new episodes follow a new therapist, his patients and a new Supervisor.
