Dori Media Group announces that it has launched a multi-channel network (“MCN”) called MeMeMe in association with Givon Snir, an established Israeli director, creator and producer. The new company will be managed by Givon Snir and Anat Szekely, currently Head of Digital at Dori Media, who will act as joint CEOs. MeMeMe will be based in Tel-Aviv.

Dori Media’s expertise in producing and distributing television series internationally will complement Givon Snir’s experience well in this partnership. In addition, the experience that Dori Media has had in managing its own YouTube partner channels, which generate an average of over 300 million views per year, will be invaluable to the development of MeMeMe.

In recent years, Israeli series such as “Homeland” and Dori Media’s “In Treatment” have proven to be extremely successful internationally. However, the creators of such series operate in a very limited domestic market. Recognising the need for a global outlet for domestic creators was the main motivation for Dori Media’s collaboration with Givon Snir to establish MeMeMe. The company offers creators a vast range of services, from production to operating YouTube channels. MeMeMe is focused on building creator brands globally, and will work closely with its creators, sharing best practices from its extensive experience to help them succeed.

ABOUT GIVON SNIR

Givon Snir is an accomplished director and producer with vast experience in prime time television, commercials and documentary work. Most recently, Givon was a director at the Israeli The Voice. Givon was founder/CEO of Reality Media, a company specializing in high rating reality shows for Israeli’s top channels. In this capacity he directed and produced hit shows such as the Biggest Loser, Love Bay and Got Talent. Before Reality, Givon was a freelance director at show such as The Ambassador (Israeli version of The Apprentice), Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, The Amazing Race and many more. Additionally, he directed dozens of commercials for top agencies such as McCann Ericson, BBDO, Ogilvy and others.
