Español“Little Mom” wins in the best comedy category
Dori Media Group announces that its distribution format “Little Mom” has overcome strong international competition to win the award for best comedy at the 2014 Rose D’Or Awards held by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) in Berlin on September 17.
For over fifty three years, the Rose d’Or Awards have celebrated the world’s most outstanding entertainment programmes. The awards consist of nine categories for television, online video and radio with each jury consisting of professionals renowned for their knowledge and experience within the media world.
“Little Mom” is a prime time comedy that was initially produced by Yoav Gross Productions for Channel 10 Israel. The show is distributed worldwide on an exclusive basis by Dori Media. The series proved to be extremely popular in Israel and a second season has been written. The show is also in production in Russia, Ukraine via TET TV and most recently in France on TF1. The comedy is also in development in the USA and Poland.

The finalists in the 2014 Rose D’Or Awards for Best Comedy were: “Through the Keyhole” by ITV in the United Kingdom and “In Laughing Memory” by Cath Luyten, DeMensen in Belgium.
“Little Mom” is a prime time comedy that reveals the harsh truth of life after having kids. It is a deep look into the lives of 30+ women in a world in which their libido causes more grief than satisfaction.
