Original Format from Abot Hameiri and Dori Media, with Kapow and Open Kimono, Debuts Sunday on América Televisión Perú on Prime Time 

Dori Media Group & Abot Hameiri’s original new game show “The Auction” is set to debut this weekend on América Televisión in Peru (local name – “La Subasta”), marking the first market to broadcast the new format, it was announced today by Dori Media CEO Nadav Palti.

Owned by Abot Hameiri and Dori Media in collaboration with América Televisión, Kapow and Open Kimono and produced in Perú by America Estudios, “The Auction” will make its global debut Sunday on América Television, the nation’s top-rated network. Dori Media is handling all worldwide sales of the format.

“The Auction” pits two teams of five family members against each other, in a fun and suspenseful auction setting. Each team is given an equal budget and looks to acquire prizes with the highest value, all while trying to reach the final and win the show’s grand prize.

Earlier this week, Dori Media’s new action drama “AMIA” was given a star-studded kickoff ahead of its debut launch on Telefe in Argentina and Flow in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. The 8-episode series, which stars Michael Aloni and Malena Sanchez, was inspired by the 1990’s terror attacks on the Israeli Embassy and against the Argentinian Jewish community. AMIA, which is produced by Dori Media and Yair Dori and distributed by Dori Media, made its worldwide debut in February on Israel’s Reshet 13
