Dori Media Group (“DMG”, “the Company”) announces that it has sold innovative travel format “The Perfect Vacation” to Telfrance. The show will air on a prime time slot on the NT1 and TMC channels early next year
“The Perfect Vacation”, created and produced by Erez Dan and Omer TV, is the first social network travel show that combines the worlds of television and the internet. Each season is hosted by a different celebrity host that travels around the world using only the tips and advice given to them by their social media followers. The host communicates with his/her social network and receives online suggestions and recommendations for the perfect vacation. Throughout the vacation, the host uploads photos to the various social networks and shares the experience with their followers. The host also meets the people behind the social media profiles who recommended the travel locations. Three seasons have already been aired on a prime time slot on Israel’s Channel 2 (Reshet) with a fourth season currently in pre-production.
The French version of the show will be hosted by the singer Michel Fugain and his wife. The French producers of the show have also chosen Erez Dan to produce and direct the show from Israel.
